Today we react to a Dr Phil clip discussing cancelled words and phrases.
No, no, no nobody is saying anything about your intelligence. We need people to work in the fields collecting vegetables by their stems. Celery, asparagus, chard, kohlrabi and even tumeric. I’m glad people are still willing to do hard manual labor. I applaud you.
👍👍👍
Yea, Jap Slap has been replaced with Bitch Slap....
Nobody’s going to intimidate me into not saying ____ ___ __ ____ __ ____ ___ ____ so don’t even think about it.
Assuming the educated morons aren't offended with having first earning a BACHELOR DEGREE (bachelorettes, call your office).
Those "connotations" exist only in the diseased minds of perpetually offended professional victims.
A plague on them.
She would be in a unique position to know ...
(eeeewwwwwwww ...)
I don’t play along. I won’t play along.
Guess they will have to cancel me.
Or,die trying.
I might be a moron.
But then again I’m not trying to be the POTUS.
Besides..that position has already been filled.
In fact, I’m so stupid I think the planet will be around past the 9 year expiration date.
Not to mention man can not save the planet.
I know men can never be women.
Not funding the police while
letting violent felons out of prison is a bad idea.
Leaving our borders open is another bad idea.
And we are not a democracy.
I just moved to NC and we regularly have trees fall in storms, so here is my question. Assuming I can get the tree people to cut the tree to manageable pieces, how do I season the wood for use in the outdoor fireplace?
Once it’s cut into smaller pieces, you stack it and let Mother Nature take its course. We cover ours with a tarp, but you leave it out to dry for several months to a year. We try to keep buggy soft wood separate from parts of the tree that were still good. We use the buggy wood outdoors in our fire pit. The other good wood we can use indoors.
I don’t know if this is how others do it or not. I know some folks who will use their fallen tree wood much earlier than we do. Sometimes, like out of necessity, I can understand that.
P.S. The tree people might agree to cut them in to 15” - 18” pieces, but you’ll need a log splitter to cut the sections into manageable pieces that you can stack for drying. Once the pieces are cut by the log splitter, you can split them into even smaller sizes by hand to a size you like to use.
What a sweet young lady. Common sense.
It’s also instructive to notice how Persons of Color who are British speak English in the mainstream way. They don’t appear to have a language cult like Persons of Extortionate Resentment have here in the US.
Also Blacks from the Caribbean speak in a similar way. Spring Valley, NY has a large Caribbean population. Growing up I’ve noticed more animosity between them and “native born” Blacks than across racial lines. Like tribalism.
I finally had a chance to actually watch the video, and the young lady is spot on. I had no idea of some of the words and phrases like “powwow” and “grandfathered in” were being cancelled. I don’t understand the reason why anyone would want to cancel either of those terms. Makes no sense.
Also, someone needs to tell those lesbian and gay parents to let their children know the truth. Each of those children have an actual mother and father, whether they are in their lives or not. Two women cannot make a baby, and neither can two men. There is always a biological mother and father involved in that child. So the LGBT community is lying lying lying to satisfy their own behaviors.
Same around here with naturalized Americans born in Africa.
That is why I always stress the word ‘not’ when I use the phrase.
There are such things as hermaphroditic connectors. In other words, connectors that can successfully mate with identical connectors.
