Republican Party 'is dead' after major midterm election losses in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada: Hawley
FOX ^ | 11/13/2022 | Richard

Posted on 11/13/2022 4:14:47 AM PST by Phoenix8

Hawley has been vocally critical of the Republican Party and its Senate Leader Mitch McConnell

Republicans need to rebrand and "build something new" after they failed to retake a majority in the U.S. Senate or meet general expectations for the 2022 midterm elections, one of the party’s younger members said.

On Saturday, shortly after Democrats picked up a key victory in Nevada, where incumbent Democrat Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto defeated Republican challenger Adam Laxalt, Republican Sen. Josh Hawley took to Twitter to say the Republican Party "is dead."

"The old party is dead. Time to bury it. Build something new," Hawley wrote.

Do you think the states like AZ, CA, NV, PA, etc. are going to change their systems?

I agree in that we should do everything we can to fight fire with fire. We have no choixe. If they solidify a permanent hold on 38 states, they can do what they want.

The Republic is pretty much gone without Divine intervention.

See my tagline. God will not dwell among a people who have zero moral compass and who applaud homosexuality the way we do. We have actually invented new ways to be perverted, viz. surgically mutilating men to be women, etc.

And there is no way this nation is going to repent. Our evil has made us insane. (Euripides: God first drives insane those He wishes to destroy.)

God will continue to look after those who love Him and who hate sin. He will continue to look after those who worship Him in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24), but our numbers are in decline.

This is a familiar thread and pops up after every election (2016 excluded). Conservatives have had no representation since Clinton took office. The Uniparty was born surreptitiously and Trump was, at best, a mere temporary reprieve.

God was our Cornerstone, and when we exiled Christ, God left us.

He's not coming back. America is insane with perversion, satanism and sin. He's going to let us reap the consequences of our corruption.

It's not just four states. Most states allow mail-in ballots with no excuse required. CA, CO, HI, NV, OR, UT, VT and WA send them out automatically. Mail-in ballots are the norm, not the exception. Either we start utilizing them or we continue to lose.

Interesting that our problem child states are not automatic mail-in voting. That means that millions of people, mostly dems, are specifically requesting them. It could also be that the state OR NGOs send out invitations to request mail-in ballots. I wouldn't be surprised if it's targeted towards dem voters just like the ballot collection boxes were placed in dem areas. It's all election infrastructure. Likely NGOs like below are doing it;

well, if you are right then they deserve what they are going to get and getiing right now.

I dont believe you. The indies, especially gen x, can see the demolition and hate it just as much as maga

and..they dislike the uniparty as much as some of the boomers and know they are slated to be cancelled .

The problem is the fossilized pubs that wont use legalized cheat and go for the ballot along WITH the vote.

indies have kids, jobs, mortgages and 401ks too and clearly see neither party gives a shit
about them but use them as slaves for the system.
The naive and stupid may not know, but the rest DO know.

starting a third party will simply guarantee Democrat wins into the future.

so, in other words just like today. not much downside it sounds like

Not correct. A third-party will simply split the vote and make the gaps between Democrats and Republicans/Third-Party even worse.

The math is not in favor of a third party. The math IMO would be very much in favor of taking over the Republican Party with principled Conservatives.

Mitch cannot resign.

Xi will walk him off the scene like he did his main opposition at their big Commie Fest last month, never to be seen again.

Mitch is completely controlled by Xi and his PLA #CCP.

Mitch Joe Hunter et al must keep pushing the China agenda of destroying America or they will be dispatched by Xi’s thugs.

Yes that could happen right here in the USA.

We have NO National Security anymore, top Military General Milley is obsessed with Gender stuff, not maintaining a strong force for protecting our country.

Fbi doj cia etc busy being weaponized against Patriots and all MAGA issues and supporters.

“Interesting that our problem child states are not automatic mail-in voting.”

* Except for Nevada. Out of the blue states listed, that’s our best bet of getting things changed, but we need to start focusing on getting great state legislature candidates and funding them properly. A Republican governor doesn’t mean much in this regard with a Dem state legislature and AG.

It’s a catch 22 because you won’t get people elected who will fix the election until the election is fixed. Only thing we can do is do what the dems are doing. Embrace and utilize mail-on ballots.

They won’t, of course. And as time goes on, more and more states will join them. It’s irreversible - anyone who tries to go back to the old way of voting will be accused of trying to suppress voters’ rights.

Will the courts intervene? Probably not in any meaningful way. And we know the GOP leadership will do nothing. They proved that back in 2020.

Tough times ahead. One of my conservative friends recently remarked that if this trend continues, most races will decided in the Democrat primaries. So might as well register as a Democrat, and then vote for the least crazy person on the primary ballot.
