This is a ludicrous fabrication put up event designed to either help Democrats with their pogrom against conservatives OR a signal that the builder is behind schedule and over budget needing TIME and MORE MONEY to complete that glorious task.
This tip should be worth $100 then: A democrat did it.

A noose is tied a certain way so that it breaks a victim’s neck. A loop in the end of a line may resemble a noose superficially, but it’s not a noose. And who leaves a noose where it can’t be seen? While you’re at it, find out if it’s a hoax perpetrated by a black person.
A random stranger said to me If someone wanted to tie up the FBI and halt construction they could use drones to drop nooses.
They will probably be black, whoever they are.
Right. Back when I was a Boy Scout, everyone (including the black kids) made hangman’s nooses, with 13 wraps if you could get it to come out right. There was no thought of racism on our part.
It’s nice to know that you can bring construction to a halt with a piece of rope.
That tidbit might come in handy.
Cub Scouts used to tie those things, way back when they wete just knots and not a “ hate symbol.”

Like the loop at the Nascar races and the loop at the Amazon Construction site last year. Such loops are common on construction sites. Once they figure it is just a loop to hold something it will disappear down the memory hole.
I took one look at the Amazon site loop and found it to be just a Honda knot with extra wraps, not a hangman’s knot.
When I posted what I saw on Facebook and showed an illustration of how to make a hangman’s knot and hit the “Post” button I immediately got 30 days in FB jail.
I’ll eat my hat if this isn’t a false flag event. I hope the reward exposes these frauds!
