I would agree with your statement if we are talking about two teachers who work in California...But, these two work in Arizona...

California teachers probably make more money than Arizona teachers...Teachers' unions are very strong in CA...I do not believe that teachers' unions are strong in Arizona...

Unlike California, Arizona is a right-to-work state...

By the way, she resigned from the teaching job...The school district agreed to pay her the money it owed her...For extra work after school...Then she agreed to resign...

Retired teacher here. If you are going to teach you do have to maintain a certain decorum & public behavior. I would not want to hear about my child’s teacher being drunk, being on only fans, or using foul language, or dressing inappropriately.

I think that all states have commission on teacher credentialing...That commission could revoke the credentials of teachers who engage in improper behaviors...

Who knows? Arizona commission on teacher credentialing could decide to revoke credentials of these two people...I think that these two people have no chance of getting jobs in public education ever again...

There was a science teacher who resigned from her high school in Bakersfield...Many years ago, for being in sex videos...I just looked up her name in the CA Credentialing Website...In February of this year, the Commission revoked her teaching credential...A moot point in any case...She never got another education job since she resigned...
