She was an all-American in her freshman year and made the Southeastern Conference’s honor roll as a sophomore majoring in interdisciplinary studies.

Ahead of the start of her junior season, Dunne is also at the leading edge of a movement shaking the old foundations of college sports: a female student athlete raking in cash thanks to the passage in 2021 of new rules allowing college athletes to sign name, image and likeness, or N.I.L., deals.

Interdisciplinary studies degree programs combine two or more traditional academic courses of study into a more personalized major. Unlike a liberal arts degree where you will study a wide variety of subjects, an interdisciplinary degree allows students to explore a more focused topic that crosses into multiple fields.

Because it goes against “the latest thing” where 98pd women can kick a 280pd linebacker and are stronger than men and should be valued for their brains and not their beauty.

It is the culture of socialism - only the government leaders (and of course their lickspittle toadies in the media whose lips are ever attached to the anuses of their democrat heroes) are allowed to rise above the mean. If someone is successful in the private sector (e.g small business owner) kill them with taxes and regulation. If someone is a successful landlord the give the tenants more rights to the property than the actual owners. Force the owners to pay taxes and upkeep and allow the tenants to skip paying rent. Etc.

NIL also doesn’t benefit the mentally deranged trannies who are now “women” and compete in women’s sports. They ain’t getting 7 digit deals from anyone, I promise you.

Dunne is majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is not going far with that degree. She best stay in college for ten years making NIL money.

An Interdisciplinary plan is not all bad. It's basically just a dual major. Of course, if your dual majors are Gender Studies and Critical Race Theory, you're probably right.

From my blog a couple of years ago.

And speaking of Bachelor of Science degrees, we just found out that our beautiful granddaughter graduates this Tuesday with a B.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on biology and psychology.

An Interdisciplinary Degree is where you are allowed to take two majors, in her case, biology and psychology, and combine them into one plan, essentially creating your own major.

She’s been doing psychological counseling for a doctor’s office and has applied with the Police Department to be a Psychological Counselor with the 911 system there. And the fact that she’s already done Drug and Alcohol Counselling at a women’s prison should give her a leg up on the position.

This was the end of 2020. Now she's just been accepted into a Master of Science degree program with a paid internship covering the costs.

majoring in interdisciplinary studies

I do not think I know what the hell this is. I'm guessing some woke bullcrap that doesn't have any actual applications in the real world.
