Early voting numbers from this blue state suggest it could flip red: Report

Early in-person voting is wrapping up today in Nevada with almost 470,000 votes tallied as of Thursday, and trends so far suggest that enthusiasm is lagging among Democratic voters in the Silver State.

The Nevada Senate race, with Democratic incumbent Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto and GOP challenger Adam Laxalt, is one of four toss-up races that will determine the balance of power in Congress.

The Democrats lead by 1% in early in-person voting so far, or just 5,200 ballots. This could spell trouble for Democrats, according to analysis from The Nevada Independent.

In Clark County, Nevada's most Democrat-heavy county, lagging turnout among Democratic registered voters is also apparent.

As of Thursday, just 25,000 Democratic voters had turned out so far, versus roughly 71,000 Democratic voters at this point in the 2018 midterms.

There seems to be a growing perception among conservatives that this election is seeing a massive mind change among the electorate.

That perception is wrong. Sure, a larger-than-normal portion of voters is turning conservative as they age. That’s because they are faced with the painful results of failed leftist policies and woke laws. Mostly though, these painful spectacles have demoralized the left. Instead of confidently stepping up to voting booths more of the left will be staying home.

Our work is not done.

Yeah, that’s it.

The feeling I got was one of entitlement.

Perfect description.

‘Course, I’d still vote for him. Another (R), useless or not, adds to the majority.

That is my read as well.

Inflation is the elephant in the room—everywhere, for everybody.

Any incumbent party will get crushed in off year elections if there is low inflation when they enter the White House and high inflation two years later.

The Democrats can blame it on climate change, Putin, crazy right wing extremists, the dog that ate their homework—it does not matter what they say.

It is what they did—voters are angry—and the Democrats are gonna pay the price.

I have never believed early voting should be tallied until election day. This would be a reason why.

Thanks for the link, though it is discouraging how much fraud is just built into the system. Even when you have a victory a corrupt judge “rules it away.”

After the drop box fraud (2,000 Mules) Republicans set up a program of watching drop boxes in areas and taking pictures. The Democrats litigated and the judge ruled people had to stay such a distance away and not photograph that it makes the plan worthless.

I am basing my hope for this election on the fact that Republicans will no longer cooperate with pollsters so maybe these large amount of “tight races” may not be as tight as the pollsters have been reporting.

I want, when the GOP, retake the house and Senate, a voters protection law. No mail in ballots, unless you are in the military or on business overseas, voter id (your driver’s license) and severe penalities for cheating like ballot harvesting.

“Firmly believe When the dust settles, democrats will be wishing they had had a midterm like 94 or 2010”

I wonder if they regret the steal at this point in time? Probably not.

Just marked my X for Laxalt yesterday, despite me personally knowing what a gutless little shiite he is. I know a lot of the Mafia crap of Catherine Cortez Mastos’ daddy Manny Cortez, and Laxalt’s Grandpa when he owned the Ormsby House casino.

Manny got bribes from the denizens of the Las Vegas Crazy Horse Saloon, the center of Mafia guys like Tony ‘The Ant’ Spilotro and Rick Rizzolo.

Losing Twitter sure does seem to have hurt them. Can’t believe how many of my liberal acquaintances have totally lost their minds over this as if Elon Musk is the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler.
