There is no doubt in my mind that the US and NATO pushed Russia into this war. They want war. They need war. This totally could have been avoided. And no one ever talks about peace or ending this thing.
My genuine and very real fear is that with the US economy sliding into the tank, and with Europe’s economy crashing, the only thing left for Klaus, Gates, and Democrats everywhere is to plunge the world into war and possibly a nuclear winter.
This would be a bigger ends-means mismatch than World War 1. Why would any rational, not saying virtuous even, person desire a great power war with nuclear armed combatants? Serious question. The ruling classes of Europe in 1914 really believed the war would be bloody but fast lasting six months at the maximum. Only three conflicts in the whole 19th century lasted more than two years, the American Civil War, the Taiping Revolution, and the War of the Triple Alliance against Paraguay. Two of those were internal conflicts and the other was a war between marginal states in Latin America.
We pretty much know what a great power war will be and have a pretty good idea of what crossing the nuclear threshold can lead to.

My God this topic about nuclear war is being brought up so often and casually ..?...The governments of the world are out of their ever lovin’ minds to even contemplate this avenue of warfare! I guess the outright horror and misery of conventional war is no longer a thrill for those sitting back ordering such destruction while sipping coffee looking at a monitor in the situation rooms ? God please smite these individuals who can do this!

And that is exactly what they thought about the Korean War. Check the historical records. The war planning guys and even the combat troops were almost giddy going into the Korean War thinking it was going to be a quick walk in the park and everyone would be home in time for Christmas.
And this is what concerns me. They are beginning to bring discussion of war, nuclear war, into the everyday dialog, conditioning people for this horror.
Yeah, why would anyone go to war in the nuclear age with countries possessing nukes?
1) They did it with Russia and Ukraine.
2) People are conditioned to believe nobody will really use nukes.
3) People believe no one in their right mind would use nukes.
And, BANG, a "tactical" nuke is used. The genie is out of the bottle and all Hell will break loose. Markets and economies will collapse into fear. The world will be plunged into chaos and social mayhem as people panic and the rule of law will be almost non-existent. Looting and self-preservation will be the order of the day. Does China use this time of distraction and confusion to grab Tiawan? Then the world is plunged into a great darkness.
…and you support senile Joe’s Ukie war? …and the corrupted little comedian Zelensky corruption? Zelensky refuses to negotiate, nothing but cries for war, war, and more war…..as Ukraine crumbles and goes dark, their people suffer.
Classic Biblical case of Evil destroying Evil, Biden, Zelensky, Putin. They will bury each other….The EU, and West are losing their grip, and all self inflicted.
When the Ukie grid hits 80 percent dark, ( now 45 percent dark) I suspect the masses will realize the West’s “down to the last Ukrainian “ and suicide agenda was a very dark road to go down.

The West is going to look pretty stupid when they realize their cries for war resulted in the total destruction of Ukraine and crippling of the West. Zelensky shouldn’t have walked out of the March negotiations.
If one is going to wait for the end rather have Ava Gardner at my side
