Sounds like they already got her license plate, not sure the purpose of following the car. Maybe there is one I can’t think of though. Seems like the best route is to just have the multiple witnesses call it in at that point.

Using a weapon should be a last resort. What this woman proved is being a tough girl and walking out into the open with a weapon, like is done in the movies, will more often than not, get a person killed.
