1) Folks this was inevitable. Trump fired a shot across DeSantis’s bow. For four or five months RDS has allowed/encouraged his supporters to wage a “Trump’s so yesterday” kind of campaign on Twit, on talk shows, and in social media.
2) No, RDS himself has not said anything but his minions were absolutely doing his bidding with his blessing.
3) We all wish it wouldn’t happen. I don’t think RDS should be veep cuz he’s too good at gov and I want him for Pres after Trump. BUT . . .
4) You can only poke the bear for so long.
5) Now, as I say, this was only a warning to STFU and tell all your little squattlechickens to back off.
6) History shows that these differences can be bridged quickly, i.e., Reagan and GHWB.
7) But I hope RDS was listening . . .

I’ve received at least a half dozen calls from GOP donors who have told me the contents of their conversations AND sitting members of Congress have confirmed it.
@GOPLeader Kevin McCarthy and Paul Ryan have hatched a plan to defeat MAGA in 2024 and Ron DeSantis is the stool.

Point being, for those of us who know, it was not at all surprising to hear that. Sure, it plays into their hands, but that’s Trump folks. That’s his way to say, “I know what you’re doing, I’ve heard all about it.”

I knew McCarthy was a snake - I don’t get why he’s allowed to play both sides. He needs to be given the heave ho.
And DeSantis.....he’s making bold and good decisions for Florida, but what a piece of garbage thing to do. Laura Loomer is right - political opportunist.
