Maybe Andy Farmer rolled it there to get mailman Crum Petrie to stop.

Like most drivers on unfamilar turf, she does not read every street sign. A controlled intersection means she had to get moving. Google afforded liesure time to make her quaint discovery.

"Boulder"??? That's a pebble.
THIS is a boulder...
Now if you want to get into serious landslides blocking road, not just pebbles, here's California Highway 1 five years ago...

I always get a kick out of California lefty millionaires and billionaires living on the side of coastal cliffs in earthquake and landslide high risk zones while lecturing the rest of us about “sustainable development”.

Thread says she hung around for another five minutes after she took the pick and then went to Google her location.

#25 in that landslide you got to wonder who is buried under it.... : )
That little squiggly road nearby going up the mountain, I wonder what that was built for?
If that is to someone’s home then one day they will end up on the road below or in the ocean.

Balderdash. My pet rock hasn’t hurt anyone since I got it. But we are missing a few cats.

At the risk of being overwrought in her defense, Google Earth street level image does not show street signs at that location. Maybe she shopped briefly at the Walmart nearby and saw the intersection again later. The story itself is on the “meh” side, not worthy of agonizing over the difference between irony and coincidence.

Agony? Eggstacy? Coincidence? Ii would think tis merely sarchasm falling from the massives. No longer a cliffhanger
