Russian President Vladimir Putin has been seen in a recent video with what appear to be IV track marks on the back of his hand, reigniting rumors that he is battling cancer.

Me too, since my 60s.
I used to be covered in leather. Nurses would comment that I must have spent a lot of time outside because needles didnt want to go in.
Now sometimes I get home from work and realize my hands are bleeding from the holes of a bunch of little missing chunks and I have no idea how or when it happened.

He reached down to pull up his sock and an ankle-nipper got him?
I'm sure you're right. The picture is so blurry, who could tell what it was, yet all the other photos of him are clear as day. The media seems obsessed with the health of people they hate, Putin, Donald Trump, etc., and continually push the narrative of terminal illness, and mobility issues, etc., while they say nothing of Biden's repeat tumbles, his congnitive impairment, Fetterman's apparent lump on his neck, and his inability to function properly. Latest news is that Fetterman will be allowed to use a computer during his debate.
Plenty of others still in existence that have caused more pain and suffering than Putin has.
The only track marks I’d like to see are the track marks of a Russian tank across Zelenskyy’s money laundering body.
