SHIAWASSEE COUNTY, Mich. (WEYI) — A judge has decided that Mark Latunski will face a charge of first-degree murder after a degree hearing.

The murder degree hearing for Mark Latunski continued for a second day on Wednesday.

Latunski has admitted to killing and mutilating Kevin Bacon in court, accepting a plea into open murder.

I once knew a guy whos family did that. His surname worked with that as well but wasnt quite as funny, about half a mark off.
