SHIAWASSEE COUNTY, Mich. (WEYI) — A judge has decided that Mark Latunski will face a charge of first-degree murder after a degree hearing.
The murder degree hearing for Mark Latunski continued for a second day on Wednesday.
Latunski has admitted to killing and mutilating Kevin Bacon in court, accepting a plea into open murder.

I don’t think people would stand by and watch a killing and mutilation in a courtroom. Times being as they are, I am no longer entirely confident in that assertion.
