I was under the impression that no one had ever died of a THC overdose. Of course, 4-year-olds are not usually big consumers.

While this is a terrible thing and the parents should be charged.... THIS IS NOT MURDER unless it was intentional.

How many times in past times did children get a hold of chemicals and die? Were those parents all charged with murder?
Yes this is neglect, but not murder.

Likely cardiac arrest. THC caused tachycardia in most people at high doses.

I didn’t read the article, but THC can easily cause tachycardia and an OD? Horrible...
