Caught on camera: Florida man commits voyeurism at Walmart, arrest made

NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. (CBS12) — A Florida man was caught on camera placing his phone underneath a woman's dress.
According to detectives with the Broward Sheriff's Office North Lauderdale District, the crime happened on Sept. 9 at 6:47 p.m. at the Walmart on McNab Road.
Surveillance video shows the female victim, in a floral dress, shopping through the cosmetic aisle of a store.
A man is seen walking toward her and then bending down and extending his arm under her dress.

A Conservative sicko would be much more wiley.
Women will soon have to wear smart undies which will zap a phone.But chances are that the publicly worn skirt will become less evident in general.

I am thinking "F". Besides lack of originality, there is nothing to give us a sense of embarrassed sympathy for Florida Man which the best ones have. He's just a run-of-the-mill pervert.
