I don’t understand this. Life is very good in California if you have a multimillion dollar estate to separate yourself from the teems of poor homeless people crapping on the streets and criminal border busters.
“Mansion” barely begins to describe the palace they had in Beverly Hills. People are free to spend their money however they want, and he earned it fair and square, but I don’t know why anyone - short of an actual “royal” who must conduct public events at their official residence - would want to live in such an enormous and ostentations “home”. It will be interesting to see if they downsize in Las Vegas.
Would that be the “Boogie Nights” star Catholic Mark Wahlberg ?
[on narrowly avoiding being on hijacked 9/11 flight United 93] “If I was on that plane with my kids, it wouldn’t have went down like it did. There would have been a lot of blood in that first-class cabin and then me saying, “Okay, we’re going to land somewhere safely, don’t worry.” We certainly would have tried to do something to fight. I’ve had probably over 50 dreams about it.”

Still do not know in what state Summerlin is.
I liked Fr. Stu. I saw it twice.
He forgot the number one reason he moved...taxes. No state income tax in NV goes a long way in making that an easy decision.
Vegas is an odd choice as a location to live a moral life. So is Florida btw.
Should have moved to FL Mark.
Maybe he tired of having to scrape feces off the soles of the family’s shoes every time they went out.
