Celery. Technically not zero but takes more calories to digest than you get from it, so net zero or minus. And celery is on some menus, mainly wing places.

People with eating disorders are counseled to avoid consideration of calories, so being confronted with calorie counts is in fact a serious issue, and it is not surprising that you could find people who would “freak out”.
MOreso, I see ED sufferers showing signs of anxiety when they have calorie counts pushed on them.
I would support requiring stores to have information about calories available for obsessed people who want them — but it is an assault on freedom to force people to see the calorie counts of food.
I loved menus w/calories. Between school and work, I could have two Big Macs, go to the gym, and not gain weight.
I never saw even a blurred image of the neurotic. All I saw was the blurred image of the waitress/victim.
