Whether or not you believe in Long Haul Covid there are a lot of diseases that give you similar symptoms. I have never had Covid and have many of the symptoms.
LDN helps me.
Those with Mast cell Syndrome or histamine intolerance might want to try it. It seems to help when I get a flare up from that. Also people with autoimmune issues have had some luck with it
I don’t take LDN every day. Just when symptoms flare up.

The poster here who has it so bad that she has very little she can eat might not benefit but those that have a lesser problem might find relief.
You shouldnt take this product during the day until you see how your body reacts. It puts me right to sleep
I'm just starting to figure out the MCAS thing. I had a blood test number (Tryptase) that was higher than it should have been. I get severe system wide reactions to pollen, foods, and even topical things like shampoos. I get what they use to consider "panic attacks" but they weren't (episodes of low blood pressure with tachy and intense releases of adrenalin).
I already have an autoimmune disorder (celiac sprue) and have a disorder that has MCAS as a common comorbidity. I've noted through many years of observation that my symptoms wane during low allergy time periods and when I closely watch what I eat (no citrus, no gluten, no to a bunch of other random things).
I've been on a food allergy elimination diet the last few weeks and feel better than I have in many years. Heart rate is normal and stable (usually have tachy off and on). Blood pressure is good (no weird lows or highs as I usually have). Exercise tolerance better. and so on.
