MOSCOW, October 17. /TASS/. State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has said he’s hoping a bill seeking to ban propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations will be passed fast enough to be submitted to the president for signing in November.
The bill, which is sponsored by several Duma factions, could be introduced to the legislature and adopted in its first reading next week, he said.
"If a decision is made, the bill should be submitted next week under the sponsorship of several factions, and be adopted in the first reading over the next week. Then come the second and third readings, and we send it on to the Federation Council. In November, we hope, the bill will be placed on the president's desk," Volodin said at a parliamentary hearing on proposals to ban information that promotes non-traditional sexual relations.
In July, a group of deputies led by Nina Ostanina, chairwoman of the State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children, and Yana Lantratova, first deputy head of the legislature’s Committee on Education, submitted to the State Duma a bill to introduce a complete ban on information that promotes non-traditional relations and rejects family values. The bill would amend the Law on Mass Media. The proposal also would deny film licenses for any cinematography that contain propaganda of the denial of family values and non-traditional sexual relations.

That said, porn isn’t exactly the same as propaganda though they may be coincident ... a Hustler magazine, as vile as they are, is not the same sort of vile as Drag Queen Storybook Hours which are intended to get kids used to these perverts and help the perverts, normalizing, get access to kids, grooming. I don’t see how any homo propaganda can be anything other than a form of porn (I spelled it that way before in case of any Karen filters). It has to lead to being about what they do to and with each other, which is just as pornographic as it is if heteros propagandized what goes on in the bedroom. Either way at least, I don’t want children exposed to any of it.
