Did you hear a boom 'round about 11 am on Saturday morning? That was the sound of the Georgia senatorial debate between Herschel Walker and Ralphael Warnock blowing up on Tiffany Cross during her MSNBC show.
Prior to last night's debate, Cross was surely salivating, anticipating a weak performance by Herschel Walker. It seemed a sure thing that Cross would lead this morning's show with a segment on the debate. But when she announced that it wouldn't be discussed until the second hour, it was obvious that the debate hadn't gone according to Cross's plan.
When the segment finally did air, things went from bad to absolutely horrible for poor Tiffany. Her two guests, both African American women, were Errin Haines, a liberal activist with The 19th and an MSNBC commentator, and Tia Mitchell, the DC correspondent for the liberal Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Cross was presumably counting on her guests to take shots at Walker's performance. Instead, to Cross's shock and horror, both guests said that Walker met or exceeded expectations, and that his performance gave possibly wavering Republicans reasons to vote for him!

Most fun I’ve had in ages watching MSNBC, as Tiffany Cross’s two liberal guests admit Herschel did well and Warnock stumbled!
Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.
Yep Walker BURIED Warnock in that debate, he hung Biden around the neck of Warnock, and even exposed the fact that Warnock would support stacking the supreme court with liberals and vote to end the filibuster.
Did anyone else notice that the moderator was giving Warnock extra time and Walker was constantly told to shut up?
Cross is almost as racist as Joy Reid.
I’m going out on a limb here, but I would get Cross thinks Uncle Festermann is articulate and coherent. Just a guess.
*guess
The debate was 11 AM on a Saturday morning?
Hardly anyone would have been watching, unfortunately.
Then it says “last nights” debate...confusing.
So 11 AM Saturday morning is the time of her show.
Also, GA is investigating Warnock’s ties to that church. Their findings are due Nov 2nd.
Give an example of one of those asinine answers that were incoherent. Ain’t Affirmative Action wonderful.
The debate was on Friday night.
But it blew up on Cross on Saturday morning when her liberal guests did the unexpected. Instead of agreeing with Cross that Walker was terrible, they said he met or exceeded expectations and gave wavering Republicans something to vote for. And one of the guests even said that many of the, presumably liberal, crowd she was watching the debate with felt that Warnock failed to live up to expectations.
Walker did well in that debate, with a very hostile moderator tossing softball questions at the Dem, and trying to trap Walker with “gotcha” questions.
I hate these “debates”. What I would like to see is each candidate be the ones to ask questions of the other.
or just have 2 moderators one picked by each side.
I would of loved to have seen Rush as a moderator at a debate. I am still sad he is gone.
Holy cow, what an unprofessional ass. “Did heee? Diiid heeeeee?”
Bloomberg gives Walker the touchdown:
These polls are always questionable, but it gives Walker a massive win, 72-28:

Wow, what a liberal know it all. She was not happy that her guests did not hop on her wagon.
Best BOL of the day.
Uncle Festermann is articulate and coherent!
Thanks to DadOfFive!
It was Warnock 72 and Walker 28 just now.
