A high school in Kentucky says it is canceling the rest of the football season for its varsity team.

On Tuesday, Bellevue High School Athletic Director Jim Hicks announced that the school made the decision because the team has a limited number of healthy players available.

Hicks said the safety of the players at Bellevue High School is their No. 1 priority.

The athletic director shared that the school looks forward to the return of varsity football in 2023.

The Lincoln one isn’t similar—it is a new school in its first year. While designed ultimately for 1000 students, it has no grade 12, and between 10 and 11 only about 150 students. The freshman class is close to 250. It makes sense to run a JV program.

Sorry. I don’t see your earlier response.

Qualified recruits know better than to join while Biden and co. are in charge.

what about the other schools? or are you both pretending that what is happening from these vaccines not really happening? We don’t know yet for a fact it IS the vaccines but it’s not a stretch at all to go there; what else could it be? When have you EVER heard, prior to this time, of high schools cancelling their seasons due to too many unhealthy players?

you cannot deny that young men, in particular, are suffering from the side effects of these wicked experiments.

That’s for the whole district.

High school has 396.

And that’s for grades 6-12. If I calculated right there’s 237 students grades 9-12.

You make the point explicitly. I certainly suspect ‘vax’-induced permanent health problems.

FWIW The Michigan High School is over 1400. I suspect that they have a recent tradition of getting blown off the map which likely makes it hard to get people to come out.

They only scored one touch down in the five games they did play and were being consistently obliterated.

That’s quite alright. If I wasn’t incorrect, there would be nothing to look for. :)

We are seeing how far the brainwashing has worked in the U.S. They will never admit they were wrong.

Concussion is becoming a big deal too. My local school has plenty of players, but more and more parents are not letting their kids play due to concussion risk and possible long term effects. When a kid was badly concussed in a game last year, several parents pulled their kids from the team.

No problem for a big school, but small schools are going to have more and more trouble fielding a team. High profile stories like Tagovailoa’s injury a couple weeks ago, as well as older players being diagnosed with CTE are going to make it harder.

We put the fat kids on the line when I was in HS.

So maybe some HS coaches are asking each player to get an EKG and they’re coming back abnormal?

They will all still get trophies and a nice banquet at the end of the season however.

Having been a teacher, I suspect that to be "healthy" a student must be fully vaccinated.

We just tuned our heads and coughed.

I would say they probably have a lot of boys menstruating and getting pregnant. It isn’t safe to play football when you are pregnant. Didn’t you know this?

I graduated from a small town high school (<400 students) yet we had a full athletic program, football, basketball, gymnastics, etc.

This does sound a bit odd. Maybe all the kids haf already earned their participation trophys....

A h.s. starting out with less than 250 in grades 9-12 is in a much tougher situation.

My high school was that size.
We fielded a 52 player roster no problem.

Same with JV and freshmen.
