He used to be great on the radio, but that was more than 15 years ago. He got really boring.
He's bored with his job. All he wants to do is to go to the country club and play some golf and drink a couple of Manhattan. I don't really blame him. He's rich. So he's no longer hungry.
I can only hear the same line 250 times until I get tired of it
“He used to be great on the radio, but that was more than 15 years ago. He got really boring.”
That’s a fact.
By the time he got to Fox News he had long ago sold out to his employers’ political agendas and their advertisers.
As one great former NYC talk radio host once told me in a private conversation in the late 1990s … “I lost interest in this business when they had an unemployed construction worker in the prized afternoon drive slot on WABC radio.” I still crack up when I hear Sean Hannity described that way. LOL.
I think it took the Left a while to realize Conservative Talk Radio was a threat, at which point they began luring the hosts to Fox Cable News where they could control what they say.
Rush never took the bait - Hannity swallowed it hook, line and sinker.
Once on TV, Fox let them be pretend conservatives as long as they never cries certain lines or say certain things.
The arrival of Trump on the scene has really brought Fox’s fakeness to light - the most glaring example being the stolen election. It’s obvious Hannity, Levine and others are forbidden to even say the words.
Fox must have their balls in a pickle jar.
Tucker Carlson seems to be defying his masters more and more - it will be interesting to see what happens.
