I haven’t followed it, but it seems to me that this is about a guy who expressed his opinion about events being reported in the news.

And now he has to pay about $1B because people didn’t like his opinions.

The ambulance chasers have said on record that the trials are not about money but about taking his platform from him and ensuring he can never rebuild it.

Jones was the proof-of-concept of erasing people from social media. After him, they could erase anybody.

The same judges who have placed January 6th “insurrectionists” in solitary confinement without bail or trial for almost three years are using him as proof-of-concept of using a weaponized judiciary to destroy anyone who speaks against any official narrative.

Once again, Alex Jones is the canary in the coal mine.

Jones knowingly spread a ridiculous conspiracy theory about Sandy Hook, discredited himself and the conservative movement (to the extent he's linked to it). He's reaping what he's sown.

What he did gives the left and Democrats ammo to try to silence voices they disagree with and points that refute under the false premise that it is disinformation.

Jones deserves no sympathy and needs to go away. There are plenty of honest, articulate and credible conservatives to take his place.
