A DC youtuber's capturing, supposedly, of extended series of loud explosions at FIB headquarters, with the top floor's lights on.
There are no first responders on the scene, and seemingly no other news about this.

Today is the 13th, and this supposedly happened in the wee hours of the 12th, but there have been no other reports about it. Doesn’t add up.

Happening every 10 or 20 seconds continuously. Nobody is attacking that building. The narrator thinks it’s an HVAC pressure release issue.
Perhaps. My limited experience believes they are test firing weaponry.
