Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Justice for records related to the housing of U.S. Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd at Joint Base Andrews after he shot and killed U.S. Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 (Judicial Watch v U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:22-cv-02948)). Judicial Watch has received information that Byrd was housed at Andrews in the immediate period after he killed Babbitt.

In its complaint, Judicial Watch explained to the court that it had asked all three government agencies for all records relating to the billeting of Byrd at Joint Base Andrews during the period from January 6, 2021, to July 2022, including authorization papers, housing, meals, transportation, and visitor logs.

Yeah, that’s another odd detail. Makes me wonder how close she was with family. Only her husband made public appearances. I was expecting news about memorial services or President Trump sending his condolences. All that seems to be absent. So strange.

I’m going to have to rewatch it. They nailed it. Down to its bones and credits.
If they wanted us to know the truth, all security footage would be released to the public. Nancy and the Dems can’t let that happen.
While there is plenty of things that seem strange, the aiming of the gun is not.
There’s are four windows, with the middle two being in the double doors. The shooter is first aiming at the middle windows, toward protesters that haven’t been kept away from the doors, which was proof the cops were apparently told to let them eventually enter, (with select operatives breaking windows).
But the protesters at the double doors were not forcing their way in. He swings his gun toward the last window as he sees her coming through it, with his aim being at her head, which was probably a foot forward of the window when he shot her. So at that trajectory he would have been aiming about 6” (approx) forward of the corner where the window frame meets the hallway wall. Hence the swing of his aim.
Add to that the fact that these camera phones exaggerate distance, requiring some zoom applied to get a more accurate pic/video.

She is from San Diego, which of course is on the Pacific Ocean. It would be quite normal to have the ashes of a loved one put in the ocean.
My Mom resided in Florida and was never in the Navy, yet her ashes are in the Gulf.
Nothing strange about it.
I also know people who were lived in Florida that were not buried at sea. Rush Limbaugh for example. Every small detail could be explained away, but put together it seems very strange.
The swing was too wide, undertaken too soon before the “shot”.
The window through which Ashli Babbit was to try to climb through was already smashed out.
His gun was trained on that window and he was waiting to “fire” once Ashli Babbit poked her head out of it.
Unlike Alec Baldwin, he diverted his aim at the last second to avoid unintentionally injuring Ashli.
Ashli appears to be a crisis actors and is almost certainly still very much alive, and well taken care of, somewhere.
Maybe at one of Bernie Sanders’ new vacation homes.
Maybe. And yes, the camera quality makes it difficult. Some people don’t think he was aiming high enough to hit her neck. It’s hard to tell. What I find to be the most damning is that footage was caught by the Jayden guy. He seems to know exactly where to point his camera. People are shouting “gun” for several seconds, yet Ashli and others don’t react accordingly. There’s a lot of footage of Jayden doing and saying odd things. Plus, I don’t think he’s been sent to jail like others on Jan. 6.
