Russia on Nord Stream Sabotage: “EU Will Have to Face the Fact they Have Been Betrayed
Gateway Pundit ^

Posted on 10/06/2022 8:37:23 AM PDT by MNDude

the Biden Regime and its media proxies continue to blame Russia for blowing up the Nord Stream Pipeline with no evidence, the EU countries will have to face the truth and admit that they have been betrayed by their US ally, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel on Wednesday.

She pointed out Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak had said that Russia was ready to supply gas through the undamaged branch of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, TASS reported.

Will anyone now dare claim that our country is behind this act of sabotage? I agree it’s hard to face the truth. But someday the EU countries will have to face up to the fact they were betrayed by their allies,” she said.

Russia and Germany must participate in the investigation into the incidents at the Nord Stream pipelines, said Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Vershinin Wednesday.

The fact that the DS and the media are speaking in one voice without any actual facts to present makes me think that the US might have done it. But in reality, us ‘little folks’ have no idea whodunnit. Could have been Hizbollah, Taliban, ISIS (___fill in the blanks).

I’ve noticed too when I’ve done a quick perusal of the comment section of other conservative sites, that almost all think the US was responsible, you don’t see the “Russia did it” that you still find here. I wonder if that’s because FR caters to a much older crowd, and people from that generation tend to equate Russia more with the old Soviet Union? Or is it they are just more susceptible to the propaganda? I mean it’s just bizarre to me that some people think Russia would do this to their own pipeline when they had every reason to keep it open.

That one made me laugh because in the world we in the west know now, everyone squeals points fingers and just has to unleash their opinions and threats on every media platform available all over the western world and beyond.

It is hard to fathom anyone who isn’t getting their loud squealing and accusations flying.

Sometimes people quietly measure a response without all the hype.

Could be. This is where facts come in and I am not sure there is anyone left anywhere who doesn’t have an interest in skewing the facts.

Exactly.

People who claim Putin blew up his own multi billion dollar pipeline that gave him political and economic leverage over Europe are not to be takes seriously. They let their Russia derangement syndrome blind them to any other possibility.

There are none so blind as those who will not see.

It’s beyond obvious that Biden is the culprit, especially since the USS Kearsage was in the vicinity hours before the explosions were detected by the Swedes.

And the Kearsage deploys underwater demolition teams.

Let’s leave the obvious advantages, and alleged shortcomings, of the Garden State, Nova Caesarea, out of this dust-up. Shall we?

Its not what we believe in America that counts—it what they believe in Europe and Russia that counts. If we betrayed Europe—they have a long memory and they are slow to forgive. What if Germany joins with Russia? What if they see the US as the enemy? What happens if the cash cow does dry?

“Germany joins with Russia?”

That has always been the major concern and the reason why we’ve always kept Germany on a short leash. It will be interesting to see how the German people react when their entire economy collapses because of the high energy prices resulting from this, not to mention the rest of Europe who will equally suffer. Blowing up that pipeline was a totally reckless, irresponsible, and arrogant move by this administration, and doesn’t bode well for future US-EU relations.

Yet, there are more than enough facts to say otherwise. There are flight and refueling flight logs. Just say’n.

Utterly retarded. In your Russophobic mind, Putin blew up the inactive Nordstream 2 that cuts out the middleman. But he keeps gas flowing through Ukraine, that steals from the spigot, often refuses to pay, and demands transit fees.

And one of the most heavily access controlled, heavily patrolled areas of a sea an earth, swarming with Navy patrol planes, ships, Poles, Swedes, Germans, etc... all watching and listening saw NOTHING. But the Russians are so good they did it without getting caught in less than 200 feet of water.

And the Russians would love nothing more than for Germany to be freezing in a few short weeks, and for them to climb down off of sanctions and push the Ukes into negotiations. But no, for some Byzantine reason, they blew up their own pipeline to make that impossible for the Germans to climb down.

You must be the kind of guy standing out in west Texas who hears hoofbeats coming from behind and thinks “zebras!”

That will be proven very quickly as NATO/Poland/DC/EU quickly move to impede and roadblock any and all Russian attempts at repair.

I saw a clip of some ABC news hacks ridiculing the very idea that the US might have done this. They were not acting. In their bubble it is not even a possibility that it was anything other than what Biden and the rest of them are telling them. I found it amazing that after all the lies and revelations these people have not a clue who and what Biden actually is.

“This is the same Putin who years ago ordered the gassing of a theater where there were Chechen terrorists with hundreds of hostages - “too bad” for the innocent civilians -he could just blame it on the Chechens.”

A stupid lie. The gassing was basically a fentanyl anesthetic gas used in an operating room. It was a desperate attempt to knock them all out and get the bad guys. All the moslem terrorists were killed in the assault, and the hostages dragged outside. There was incompetence in their emergency medical system, and people not being prepped to deal with it correctly. People dragged into the fresh air laid on their backs etc.

That was back in 2002 when Russia had barely emerged from that post Soviet depression. They were broke, and their skill sets were not much above the abysmal 80s.

But it wasn’t a sneaky plot to kill the theater goers and blame the moslems. There was more than enough there already to blame the Chechens.

Europe was required to pay in Rubles because the EU and USA stole about 650 billion in Russian currencies and bullion on deposit in western banks. The Ew was offering to pay into accounts that had been seized and that Russia was forbidden to access.

Nut nice strawman you neocon.

Good point. Look at all the freepers that call Russia a communist country. Pure delusion.
