Catch is the judge was told to pick up secret blockbuster information at night in a deserted park.
After he disappeared the next judge threw out the case.
Mysterious loss of evidence....
I still remember the young college student who recalled after the Rose Law Firm criminal investigation involving Hillary Clinton that “I was putting the pages into the shredder and I started seeing some I recognized. I said to myself, these are the exact ones they have under subpoena in the case. But I told myself to forget about it because I really needed that job and they would ruin me if I turned them in. Yup their son was murdered and the family is willingly covering up for the murderers. I hope the payoff was worth it to them.

The Stasi does not TAKE orders. The Stasi does not answer to a mere judge. They will not turn anything over, and what they do will be heavily redacted for national security.... You know...for a simple armed robbery gone wrong, late at night, on a random pedestrian.

Will the FBI have the cojones to appeal this ruling. Clearly they don’t want anyone looking into this “matter under investigation.”
I’d be willing to bet there has been no additions to the investigation file for years unless it is about how to prevent the public from getting information.
