Right, and the government is spending money it doesn’t have.

Rybar and Grey Zone (Wagner) admit Russia took a bad beating in Kherson. But personally I’ll go with the astute observations of MacGregor. LOL

#9. Why should we bother? MacGregor is as ethically challenged as a mob lawyer. Those who want to believe him to justify their opposition to US and NATO support of Ukraine will believe him no matter what the other side says. The fact he’s sided with Russia since the beginning, if his claims were true Russia would have already won, and he has been consistently wrong makes no difference. If they refuse to figure it out for themselves, that’s their choice.

I would say the exact opposite is the case. The Deep State and Corporate Media in the west has pushed the narrative that big bad Russia attacked for no reason (nevermind the years and years of US interference, the color revolutions, the attempts to bring Ukraine into NATO and forward deploy weapons systems, etc etc). They’ve also pushed the narrative that the Ukes are winning.

Anybody with any sense realizes that as usual, they are simply lying. Aside from the fact that the economic sanctions they thought were going to bring Russia swiftly to its knees failed, and aside from the fact that Russia has taken an area the size of the UK (filled with Russian speaking ethnic Russians BTW), the Ukes have just about bled themselves while trying to push them back. Russia is a much bigger country which is just now bringing in more troops.
What do you think is going to happen this Winter now that the Ukes have bled themselves down trying to push the Russians back?

Thanks for the information from your European acquaintances.

Why would America’s strategy include blowing up the pipeline? Did you get an idea as to what Europeans would like to see happen in Ukraine? I’m not following the Ukraine situation closely.

“Did you get an idea as to what Europeans would like to see happen in Ukraine?”

The only thing they said was that they did not want that conflict to happen. They believe the USA was the prime culprit that started it.
They want the Ukrainians to get back to their own country and out of theirs.

“They want the Ukrainians to get back to their own country and out of theirs.”

Do Europeans think it is ok for the Russians to take over whatever territory they want in Ukraine?

Or maybe it’s this: had Europeans rather have Russia win than have all those Ukrainans fleeing into their countries?

All I can tell you is what the Polish lady said..and she grew up just after WW2 and her parents spent time in NAZI labor camps. “There are two peoples who killed people quicker than the NAZIs did.” “The Russians and the Ukrainians.”

I asked her why then are the Poles taking them in?

“Because the whole world is watching.”

“Its all political.”

BTW..her hometown is 40km from the border of Belarus and Ukraine. A lot of her kin went through the Wolyn massacres and she lost many of them. That war did not end with the signing of the German surrender. The Poles and Ukrainians, and Russians, fought each other for quite a while after.

Do research on the Polish legislature passing a law this past Feb banning the Bandera ideology. When the Poles passed that, it was the trigger for Putin to attack..IMO.
Furthermore, the International Court had filed a case against the Ukraine for crimes against humanity for things done from abt 2014 till the start of this conflict in the east of the Ukraine. Was supposed to have been some 40 countries that joined that case against The Ukraine.

There is a lot more to this than what is being let out.

Also the hope is by taking in Ukrainians, it will take pressure off of Poland to take in Muslim "refugees".

Be as it may df..we are fast becoming the enemy in the common European peoples eyes.

Inflation is over 10% in Germany and they do not have enough gas to make it through the winter in comfort.

I’ll be seeing the Polish lady today maybe..I will ask her more...if she will talk about it.

Her parents were lined up against the wall to be shot by the Germans. The thing that saved them is that they could both speak perfect Prussian.
Because of that, her dad was shot by the Russians, accused of being a spy. Her mum somehow managed to escape to the west, leaving her daughter in the care of an aunt. She never knew her mum until 1982 when she somehow managed to get to the USA and found her here in NW AZ.

I was in Poland a few months ago and spoke to a few people about it, the ones I spoke to were more than happy to take in Ukrainians, there wasn’t any mention of past history or Bandera-ites. Of course, your mileage may vary.

That’s why reports like you have given us are so important.

The Ukrainians went absolutely NUTS.

You will note that just days after, Putin made his speech and included the statements “to de-nazify” the Ukraine.

DO NOT TRUST, either the Russians OR the Ukrainians.

That’s an old, bitter lady. Understandable. But not the situation on the ground in Poland today.

The majority, 70% to 80% of Poles are helping Ukrainians because

1. These are women and children.

2. We are being the bigger person and forgiving the present people for what their grandfathers did. Not forgetting though
