We have spent 0.03% of our wealth on Ukraine. For that small amount we have wiped out the armed forces of a major rival.

Ukraine seems to be making progress on the ground.
Russians seem to be demoralized & retreating in disorder.
Putin seems to be threatening to use nukes.
The west seems to be threatening to destroy Russia's army in Ukraine and its Black Sea navy if Russia uses nukes.
I suspect not **everything** is as it seems.
Who is winning or has won a war is often a matter of time and prospective.
Germany and Japan may have lost WWII, but a generation later were doing quite well.
Gone are the days where the victor strips the loser of all resources, people, and salts the ground in his wake.

We are in 100% agreement that social media and a country that is over 60% estrogen infused will NEVER win another real war.

Actually, Putin has been constantly threatening with nukes, from the day of the invasion and the nuclear alert he held 3 days later, to having his admin and state TV constantly harping the message.
That is what made Trump sick of it and the reason for his suggestion to threaten Putin back with nuclear submarines.
