I had heard about weighted blankets and how great they were, but I’m glad I found out before buying one.

At the dentist and under a heavy lead blanket...lying back on a nice comfy bed and waiting for the technician to adjust the x-ray source and receiver plate.....

I can feel sleep coming on....and am 80... so I guess it works for all ages.

I have a weighted blanket and use it in the colder months. I sleep on a king bed but bought a twin size weighted blanket. They are very heavy so just get a twin.

I don’t mean to be the wild and crazy one here, but a CBD edible and a 20 lb weighted blanket on a cold night will make you feel like a crystalis.

When I lived in a rural area...we had goats...so collected about 7 or 8 nice pelts....professionally tanned.....and great on top of the bed in winter.

We used to sleep in puppy piles for safety and warmth.

Perhaps the weight tells our lizard brain that we are safe because we are not the one on the outside of the pile but inside.
