California government was required to provide hard data of first time gun buyers in the state. The data lines up with surveys done by NSSF of first time gun buyers.

The CCDL, Connecticut Citizens Defense League just filed suit against the state for its repressive laws against modern sporting rifles and standard capacity magazines.
The suit will no doubt fail in the nazi-dominated state courts but the objective seems to be to elevate it to SCOTUS where it might serve to invalidate all such laws nationwide.
One can hope.
