Wouldn’t you first need to START with a Democracy? I ask that because America is not now, nor EVER was, a Democracy. America is a constitutional representative republic, big difference.
Who cares? The word does not exist in the Declaration, our Constitution, nor the Pledge. Even Republican lawmakers are morons.
