I guess she will own 1/3 to 1/2 of Colorado after this is over with.
Too bad stupidity isnt painful.
And if you think she was angry earlier, don't even consider talking with her now.
She's REALLY pissed!
Well the lesson here is don’t get arrested because once again cops will kill you.
Everybody in this world is on stupid pills it seems like.
Apparently those cops are idiots.
1. NEVER park on the RR tracks
2. See #1 above.

She needs to OWN that department, the private property of every cop on scene, and the whole damned town as far as that goes. Unforgivable.
Didn’t both drivers, Road Rage Girl and The Cop, choose to park ON the railroad track? She paid physically for that bad choice. He will probably be on desk duty till the police chief decides what to do with him.
Seems to be the norm these days.
I’m on the side of law enforcement, but that was IGNORANT!
She was cuffed and locked in the back seat of the cruiser. She had no choice or control of anything.
Tantamount to attempted murder.
She didn’t park on the tracks. She stopped just past it. LEO parked on the tracks to do the search and arrest.
Hope the link works pretty spectacular.
Intersection I have been thru hundreds of time at least.
Has nothing to do with the original post but another train “accident”

You’re joking, right?
The dimwitted small town cops park ON the train track, cuff someone IN the cruiser, and then stare uncomprehendingly when a train comes straight at them, followed by a cowardly panic as they run away from their own vehicle?
Those two “cops” have a collective IQ of warm spit. In addition to a depraved indifference to life.
