Another article playing to a post-covid world of hypochondriacs ... especially in the “developed countries” where even a sneeze in a dusty environmental will trigger the uncontrolled, urgent need for a fauci flu test.

And it has nothing to do with the vax.

I was expecting some sort of goofy alarmist article. But this one made some sense. Don’t drink coffee while working out. And perhaps have a glass of water after your morning cup(s) coffee.

Thanks for posting this, MNDude.

“The jury is still out on the link between coffee and blood clotting.”

So the bottom line is that there is no bottom line.

Other researchers beg to differ.

Excerpt...
7. Supports heart health

Some research shows that drinking coffee may benefit heart health.

In fact, one review found that drinking three to five cups of coffee per day was tied to a 15% reduced risk of heart disease (23Trusted Source).

Another review of 21 studies showed that drinking three to four cups of coffee daily was associated with a 21% lower risk of stroke (24Trusted Source).

What’s more, one study in more than 21,000 people also found that increased coffee intake was associated with a significantly decreased risk of heart failure (25Trusted Source).

However, keep in mind that caffeine could affect blood pressure levels. Therefore, people with unmanaged blood pressure may need to limit or moderate their caffeine intake (23Trusted Source, 26Trusted Source).

Absolutely. They’ll try and blame blood clots on everything except the one thing that’s causing them.

... A study published in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise found taking caffeine during a high-intensity workout can increase the coagulation factor in your blood, ...

High-caffeine energy drinks are used a lot these days, probably by athletes, too.

Oh. Sure. Last week, it was grapefruit. This week it’s coffee and energy drinks. But...oh no...can’t possibly be related to the you-know-what.

WTF puts “hot drink enjoyed by billions of people” in a headline instead of “coffee.”

The answer is Decaf coffee. Also, take a tsp
of olive oil that makes the blood more slippery
and makes forming plaque and clots more difficult
