Two people injured in BP refinery fire

According to Lucas County Regional Dispatch, crews responded to the refinery in the 4100 block of Cedar Point Road in Oregon around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening for reports of injuries.

BP Fire and the Oregon Fire Department worked to put out the fire. It’s unclear what sparked it. A statement from BP to 13abc said it is working closely with local fire crews as they respond to the fire.

Per BP: The refinery can process up to 160,000 barrels of crude oil each day, providing the Midwest with gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, propane, asphalt, and other products

I’ve told you what I think the cause is. Do you think your gov’t is going to fess up? Ask yourself how a large storage tank sitting static out in the open just catches on fire. However, It makes a great target from overhead. A fire here, a fire there. It’s called terrorism. It’s meant to instill fear. If they wanted to burn your house down while you are sleeping in it, it’s as simple as flying a satellite overhead, pushing a button, microwaving it and heating up the metal in the house, and incinerating to ashes the house and you along with it to the ground.
