Maybe it is because it is 4:30 in the morning but this makes no sense to me.
It appears to me that the claim is that the DHS intentionally is making it hard for the illegal immigrants to stay in the country. That cannot be. The DHS caught them and released them with no intention of ever seeing them again. Can someone explain this to me?
