LAPD Van Nuys officers arrested, 42-year-old, Patricio Munoz who is currently being held on $500,000 bail. Juan Espinoza, 24, was also arrested and is being held without bail.

There’s something else to the story. Either photos or videos were in the house and taken, or some drug collection.
