Bronchitis was my marker also.
March 16, 2020.
I new what to do because I was a smoker who got bronchitis 2x-year.
Broad spectrum antibiotic
Rest
Water
Tylenol
Vicks Vapo run in copious amounts at bed time.
Bronchitis triggers my asthma to dangerous levels. I get a steroid inhaler if I go to the doctor, my rescue inhaler, antibiotics, and occasionally have to get a steroid shot. Not fun. I don’t like steroids. If not a shot, I get the prednisone taper. I try to get it under control before it gets that bad.
Johnny come lately here, but have either of you ever tried some bee pollen for asthma, allergies, etc?
There are 17 things bee pollen helps with:

Also ever since covid crapola I’ve added vitamins C & D, along with zinc. At first the covid/cold/flu/sinus symptoms were gone in 2-6 hours. But last year+ hardly notice any symptoms and healthier than ever at 60 years young.
Plus try to eat more of the nutrient-dense super foods (apples, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, mushrooms, guacamole, quinoa, flax seed, berries, walnuts, garlic, salmon, beets, carrots, broccoli, oats, zucchini). There are plenty of others so eat what you like and whatever helps since everyone is different.
Did you know mushrooms are the best natural source of vitamin D after sunlight, and mushrooms dried in the sun will absorb even more vitamin D?
Also meant to add instead of Vicks I use Olbas oil (100 year old Swiss formula). 1 drop on my pillow or t-shirt and my sinuses open completely in less than an hour. 1 bottle has lasted me almost 20 years, worth every penny. I went to their website https://www.olbas.com/ but also saw it at Wal-Mart recently.
