IVM is great but, IMO, it isn’t called for when you get the sniffles.
Now, sinus headache or infection is a different story.
My main issue that mimics covid is bronchitis, because of my asthma, and sinus issues. As long as I don’t run a fever, I just take OTC stuff and use my neti pot as needed.
If you go to the doctor, the first thing they want to do is covid test you. I’ll have to be pretty sick to do that.
