Americans love tailgating; it combines our three favorite past times of eating, relying on our cars for everything and blood sport. However, while cars and tailgating go together like peas and carrots, fire is not cars’ friend. Someone should have told that to a sports fan attending the Miami Dolphins Vs. New England Patriots game at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday.
Plumes of black smoke could be seen coming up from the parking lot around the second or third quarter. Police are investigating the fire but believe the event was accidental. A fan reportedly started the fire when they left a grill unattended in the parking lot, ABC 6 reports. One fan told NBC Miami he not only lost his flashy Benz, but quite a few bucks as well

None of these events would have anything whatsoever to do with broken borders, or the massive Puerto Rican invasion into the State of Florida over the past few years, now would it? We need to know the last names of the owners of the vehicles involved in this exercise in stupidity, before jumping to any conclusions.
“Florida Man? Was alcohol involved?”
Ya Think??
Florida Man.
Football game.

Burning coals.
What could possibly go wrong???
I wonder if Farmers has seen this one yet?
Cuz, ya know, they’ve seen a thing or two.
“Mayhem Guy” is my spirit animal.”
Unfortunately he seems to be my constant companion.☹️
Florida Man?

His name is Sam
Got some Dolphin fans

Well, there’s some well done ribs for ya.
Got any evidence for that? The story says the fire dept put it out in 32 minutes. No way a battery car fire goes down that quickly.
That was a joke. Kind of. It’s very plausible. If it WAS an EV, it would be burning until the next full moon.
Of course this would never happen at a Miami Hurricane game, since nobody goes to their games anyway.
>>>Do cars “burn down?”<<<
Nah, they burn up . . .
Don't journalists care about grammar anymore?
“No way a battery car fire goes down that quickly.”
Got any evidence for that?
No advance in battery fire suppression in all these years?
Also the fire dept probably arrived 30+ min after fire started, but go ahead continue with your “No way, couldn’t be an EV BS.

A few years ago at Sun nFun, an aviation expose’ once a year in Lakeland Fl.
A los sport car parked with everyone in a very dry field.
Sport car ignited the grass that needed mowing and in short order the car burned, and about 12 other cars were lost.
Just saying.🤓
In Europe, they're dumping them in tanks of water to cool them down.
Sounds like they need to use a better grade of hamburger.
We had a local fire sparked after a sheriff’s deputy chased a vehicle into a field and the catalytic converter started a fire. Almost burned down an amazon warehouse.
Alcohol? At an NFL tailgate?! C'mon!
I remember watching a pickup come through a field of cheat grass leaving a string of spot fires behind it, back when catalytic converters were new.
You imply that it could not have been a battery fire because it would have taken xx+ plus time to put it out.
No evidence for that EV BS.
That’s why all the gangstas are stealing those catalytic converters.
Keeping the environment safe from grass fires.
