If these boys made real beer the yeast on the second fermentation would carbonate the stuff. Yeah, I know too old school and doesn’t help push beer out of a keg.

A spunding valve can be used to cut down on the amount of CO2 being to be additionally added. IPAs will be most affected. That is a good thing IMHO.
