Attorneys Dan Watkins and Michael Hamilton announced in a national Press Conference September 7 the filing of their first-in-the-nation landmark lawsuit against three hospitals on behalf of families who had lost their loved ones with the “bounties” paid to hospitals for using the toxic combination of food and fluid restriction, remdesivir, mechanical ventilation, high dose morphine-midazolam respiration-suppressing cocktail to spiral patients down the dark road to death.
After more than 2 ½ years of daily COVID deaths in America’s hospitals, we finally have the first two attorneys in the US to take legal action boldly and courageously against three hospitals in Fresno, California for wrongful death, medical battery, elder abuse and other violations of patients’ rights to hold these hospital administrators, doctors and nurse accountable for such horrific patient abuses.

Covid didn’t kill a million people. CDC protocols killed them.
The suppression of Ivermectin-based protocols represented #CrimesAgainstHumanity.
In 2020, at the height of lockdowns, Gilead gave Fed.gov “a deal” and offered a course of Remdesivir at $3120 per patient.

Remdesivir has proven to be mostly ineffective against Covid, with many still uncounted side-effects.

I doubt a lawsuit against Hospitals that were following CDC or NIH protocols will be successful.
They would have to go after the organizations that set the protocols.
Otherwise known as ‘remdeathsevere’.

I’ve heard that Remdesivir has a 25% to 75% mortality rate.
And this is why we don’t trust the government or the medical community any more.
And kidney and liver damage in many other cases.
It was known to be so toxic they quit using it as a treatment option for Ebola, which is far more deadly than Covid.
Then suddenly this super toxic drug is the only treatment option for severe cases of Covid?

I lost a cousin to COVID ironically he was administered Remdiviser prior to his passing.
About time. Praying justice will be served for wrongful death ..
Then lawsuits on behalf of those who suffered side effects, especially for those who were given it unknowingly.
Going to a hospital with the quickest way to die of covid. Notice how we didn’t find people dead in their homes from it? It was profit driven and government driven malpractice.
My experience with COVID was this...We NEVER intubated a pt. and placed them on a Vent...if they didn't need it. Many pt's. wanted to tough it out..and just use BiPap. Some got better..some didn't.
We had 94 yr old and his wife..get better..and go home. We had a late 40's guy...code and die. He was morbidly obese..and that was a common co-morbidity.
We never forced anyone to do something...they didn't want to do.
I remember the maker of Remdesivir claiming stating that there would be some improvement after 9 days of treatment at the time when the hydroxychloriquine cocktail would cure people within 5 days at a cost of less than $50 in the drugs.
