In objective terms, a Ukrainian victory against the invading Russians would be a good thing, and the ouster of the murderous and corrupt Putin and his gang would be of great benefit to the US, NATO, and the world. Most of all, it would give Russia a new opportunity to develop into a relatively normal, modern nation.
