I've been to that Union Square store several times (as well as the one further up on 5th Ave) and never had an issue.

The only people who can do something about this are other black people. Most of them do not want any part of this behavior...but they are too scared of their own neighbors if they are lower income and live in creepy nabe, and scared of the Dem defamation machine (if they’re prosperous, professionals, etc.).
