Heart-related ailments among young Indians have become a concern for health experts. The issue is being debated why there has been a surge in heart attack cases in relatively younger age groups in India. Many people have associated it with Covid-19.
India Today spoke to several heart surgeons and specialists to get a deep dive to find out the reasons behind the sudden heart attack and what could be possible preventive measures.
Dr Manish Bansal, Director at Clinical and Preventive Cardiology, Heart Institute of Medanta said that lifestyle, mental stress and Covid-19 could be trigger factors for cardiac arrest.

You really don’t understand. I don’t care whether you or anyone else gets the shot. What I do care about is refuting the misinformation posted by the covid conspiracy cult.
I had 4 jabs, beginning in February 2021, already passed my 82nd birthday and still doing by gym routine 5 times every week without any heart issues. I think lack of regular aerobic exercise combined with high saturated fat diet is the real reason for heart attacks.
Covid is also another factor which may lead to heart attack. Although there is not much said about it, several studies suggest people who were infected with Covid, their arteries are damaged and it is one of the reasons for heart attack.Here is where I need help...
If COVID-19 damages their arteries, doesn't the mRNA vaccine actually cause the creation of the spike proteins inside the body to "train" the immune system to recognize the virus before someone actually contracts COVID-19?
Doesn't this cause the artificially-created spike proteins to do the same damage to the arteries as a natural spike protein would until the immune system is fully trained by the mRNA?
In other words, wouldn't someone who didn't get the vaccine not have any spike proteins to start damaging arteries until they are affected, but people who took the vaccine immediately get spike proteins running around in the blood to do damage to the arteries?
Please correct my thinking on this, because I'm sure I got something wrong.

You missed the next sentence, which explains.

The people who got this wrong are the idiots with medical degrees who let anyone be injected with these poison murderous drugs. They are hardly a vaccine.
The way it was supposed to work was they injected this crap into your arm and it stayed in your arm. Spike proteins were supposed to be produced and then in hours to days, the instructinons were supposed to be purge by the body and the injected were supposed to be left with an immune system that recognizes the spike protein if the person late sees the real virus.
But what happened is that the body does NOT purge the instructions and instead of going away, like the Energizer Bunny, it keeps going and going and going. Since the body keeps producing the spike proteins, they get everywhere, from brain to heart, to liver, to blood vessels to...
The body's immune system ATTACKS AND ATTACKS. Essentially the idiots with medical degrees have given the jabbed an auto immune disease. The result is that the organs are attacked until they are destroyed. This view of good heart tissue on the left is replaced by the white blood cells attacking cells with the spike proteins.
You don't have to have a medical degree to see that the tissue on the right is junk and it will NOT pump anything. This tissue is from an autopsy of a vaxxxxxed victim.
The medical idiots who allowed this to be injected are just as guilty as the PHARMA morons who brought this crap to market. They are ALL MURDERERS as they all knew that the required testing was bypassed. This "mistake" will kill millions and millions.
The vaccine is causing the body to replicate the very thing that attacks the body, thus creating the same damage that the virus would cause.
The unvaccinated would not suffer this damage unless and until (maybe) they actually contract the virus, which may be never.
This leaves the vaccinated less well off than the unvaccinated in the long run.
