Quick way to get around that messy old US Constitution they never liked.

Next: No credit and no house loans or car loans for any registered Republican. Or someone who hasn’t contributed to BLM and Planned Parenthood.

This is how they do it - force private companies to do the things they constitutionally can’t do.

Once again, The Democrats outsource the crushing of freedom to private business. And think they are clever because it’s not the government doing it. Interesting how they suddenly become free market absolutists in these cases.

Tie your credit card to an out-of-state PO Box, and enlist the services of a freight forwarder.

We Californians are savvy to this BS already.

There’s computers that CA has decided the graphics cards aren’t “green enough” to buy in CA. If your kid is at MIT and their laptop dies, you cannot even buy one and ship it there, because of your CA Billing Address.

So, you’ve gotta have your Billing Address outta State.

Additionally, because the vendor won’t ship that computer to CA, you need an outta State Shipping Address where the delivery can be made, and the shipment “bounced” to your CA address from there.

This is gonna get REALLY common in LOTS of places, for MANY Constitutionally-protected reasons.

Buy ear plugs to let them know you’re there. Pay cash for the rest. Buy American made ammo and products what ever you can do.

How could anyone who spent over 20 years in police work be stupid enough to believe taking guns away from law abiding citizens will solve gun violence?

Given the efforts at sexualizing schoolchildren it makes perfect sense why the teachers unions are so hoplophobic.

Well target shooters purchase large quantities of ammo, often in single transaction. I know that skeet and trap shooters can burn through hundreds, or thousands, of rounds in no time. The next step will be to require cash purchases to be reported.

Have the seniors group in the old age home be the first purchasers. They could subsidize their Bingo games and fruit cup events.

The globalists in New York City will face a statistic that the average ammo buyer is 85 and orders 4 pallets a year.

Registration is Infringement

I’d say that we need a non-trackable purchase method which means a non credit card. On the other hand, my employer has, as awards, given out no-name Visa & MC cards so I wonder if they can be tracked?

One thing I am determined about, I do not want a ‘cashless society’, that path will lead to a ‘social credit scoring’ and government ability to oversight!

I and my two biggest friends could not lift my collection but I’ve never purchased a firearm with a card or a check (remember those?), cash only. I’ve always thought the less of a paper trail the better.

Never happen. Those companies want the interest -- and they got ALL of the interest business when the mainline banks red-lined those shops during Obama's 2nd term. So not only does a customer carry interest, but the shop owner is now using credit cards too, to make his purchases.

Adams might be the dumbest mayor of a top-10 global city in all of human history. I mean, knuckle-dragging, blue-gum dumb. It's amazing to me that anyone would voluntarily visit NYC.

Using the Supreme Court Ruling as noted by the majority opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas, who wrote that the Second Amendment protects “an individual’s right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home.”

So Government asking the Credit Card Companies to act as a State Actor is addressed in United States constitutional law, a state actor is a person who is acting on behalf of a governmental body, and is therefore subject to limitations imposed on government by the United States Constitution.

Time to drag the Credit Card Companies into Federal Court!
