MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Ezekiel Kelly, 19, is in custody after a frightening several hours across the city of Memphis.
Memphis police issued an alert Wednesday evening to be on the lookout for an armed and dangerous man who police said was on a shooting rampage across Memphis.

I don’t understand why victims, particularly family of those who were attacked after violent criminals are let out early, can’t sue, at least for civil damages. Are these judges and prosecutors fully protected by our system of law?

Were the shootings racially motivated? He was live-streaming his shooting spree. One of his killings was put up as a Twitter video. He opens the door of a store and shoots an old white guy. The tweet with the video has since been taken down.
I do not expect the media will want to show the pics of the victims.
