Smart parents can reduce the amount of political and cult programming their children are exposed to by establishing from the outset what the students’ rights are, as well as the consequences the schools could face—that will make everyone’s life miserable—if those rights are not respected. I do it in the form of a letter announcing to the district that my child has a lawyer and asking them to put the lawyer’s information in her file. It requires the district to call that lawyer in the event that any government agent, police officer, social worker, or another official should want to talk to my child.

Excellent idea....the agony of parents is nationwide so this might just catch on and put school board/bureaucrats in their place.

Remind me again why people should be sending their children to public schools.
If you have to send that type of letter to a care provider to your minor hold, your child is in the wrong place.
People would be better off taking the money they’d pay for a lawyer and putting it towards a good private school that doesn’t participate in the nonsense they’re “teaching” in public indoctrination centers (schools). You’ll be money ahead in the long run and it may even save your kid’s lives.
If you’re still sending your kids to public schools, YOU should be in prison.

I have looked at “Angel investors and seed investors” had have found them to be fallen angels and people who first gmo the seeds then feed with the fertilizer of Evil.

I know it's annoying to pay for schooling when your tax dollars are already going to fund schooling but they are your children, not the public schools test subjects. Or worse.
I know I am going to get some people who cry about my retreating from the battle but I am not in favor of child soldiers. You can fight them more effectively at school board meetings when your child is not in their grasp.

A lawyer or group of lawyers could set up a nice little side hustle teaching conservative parents their rights and offering those letters for a reasonable fee. They could offer a service similar to Homeschool Legal Defense Association.
Two friends at the end of last year had issues with teachers degrading white men. One’s son was forced to read the part of Juliet in a play by the teacher to open his mind. Both went in and threatened to sue after telling the principal they were offended by the teachers’ racist, and sexist behavior. Those teachers were denying their sons a safe and tolerant learning environment due to this. The other one complained about the misgendering of her son. Always use their language against them. The teachers toned it down. If more parents did that it would put the schools in notice.

In the event that any member of the police, sheriff’s department, FBI, child welfare agent, or any other agent of the state (to be defined as those with arrest and/or seizure power which includes any representative from the Department of Human Services, social services, child protective services, health department or otherwise empowered government official) should seek to meet with, speak to, or obtain information from my client, please notify me immediately. My client has been instructed of her 5th Amendment right and will invoke it until I can arrive. It is my expectation that the [School District] will observe my client’s Constitutional right as a US citizen and as a minor who is entitled to proper representation if questioned by any government agent.
Most parents that I know who STILL send their kids to public schools at least have attorneys ready to deal with those schools - and they’d be CRAZY to not have legal representation ready.
Yep, that was my first thought as well. It’s a VERY BAD sign if you have to send such a letter to your kid’s school. Do you REALLY want your child in that environment?
