Uhh...I saw no “twitching”. Twitching is uncontrolled, involuntary movement. Rolling his foot around on his heel? Come on.
You are correct, my fellow freeper......what we're looking at is NOT twitching. He's rotating his foot/ankle in a minor way, something that I do a lot of times if I've been sitting for a while....I do it just for circulation or impatience or whatever.
Folks saying it's Parkinson's or some other disease is just wishful thinking.
