Yesterday I heard a statistic regarding California.
ALL, yes ALL, of the electricity used in California would only cover 60% of the amount needed, to cover the total miles driven in California if all cars were electric.
Eversource doubled their rate in NH from $.11 to $.2267.
I am locked in at $.10/KWH from a electric wholesaler. Last months bill was $228 for 2800 sq ft house.
Yesterday, many people in my town were whining about the fact that their bills have doubled. Several of them stated they had bills that went from $300 to $600 or more. In many cases, these are the same people who were against both the Northern Pass transmission line from Quebec and the Kinder Morgan natural gas line from PA(NIMBY).
